業務内容 |
①Sales Specialist ■ Assist with the timely planning and implementing of sales strategies and programs. ■ Maintain and develop relationships with existing agents via meetings, phone calls and emails; visit potential agents to prospect for new business. ■ Ensure safekeeping, control and proper usage of accountable documents. ■ Ensure urgent cases are handled timely. ■ Research, gather and report the latest developments in the airline industry and travel market. ■ Perform other tasks as assigned by manager. ②Customer Service Specialist ■ Handle reservation and ticketing. ■ Handle contacts from customers and provide solutions to their travel needs. ■ Liaises with other departments as a sales team and airport office to generate outstanding customer service. ■ Ensure safekeeping, control and proper usage of accountable documents. ■ Ensure urgent cases are handled timely. ■ Offer a high level of customer service. ■ Demonstrate clear, cheerful, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation. ■ Perform other tasks as assigned by Customoer Service Supervisor. ③Finance and Administration Specialist ■ Bookkeeping, monthly & annual closing for overhead; coordinating with external accounting firm. ■ Business-related tax declaration. ■ Plan and execute required payments and control bank balance. ■ Prepare and analyze of annual budgets. ■ Control budget usage and office expenditure. ■ Assist with office management, HR & administration duties. ■ Perform other tasks as assigned by manager (e.g. project-specific analysis and business plan preparation). |

①Sales Specialist ■ Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required ■ 2+ years of experience in airline or travel related industry, focusing on sales ■ Microsoft office skills ■ Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams ■ Resourceful, skilled in problem-solving and being able to handle difficult/stressful situations ■ Written and spoken fluency in Japanese, ability to communicate in English ■ Ability to work in an operation that covers a 24-hour period which includes weekends and holidays and day/evening/overnight shifts that could vary throughout the year in the future ■ On occasion, be offered voluntary overtime and required to work mandatory overtime ■ Previous airline experience preferred ■ Demonstration of skills and knowledge in Amadeus systems a plus ■ Fluency in Chinese a plus ■ Possess the legal right to work in Japan ②Customer Service Specialist ■ Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required ■ 2+ years of experience in a customer service role ■ Microsoft office skills ■ Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams ■ Resourceful, skilled in problem-solving and being able to handle difficult/stressful situations ■ Written and spoken fluency in Japanese, ability to communicate in English ■ Ability to work in an operation that covers a 24-hour period which includes weekends and holidays and day/evening/overnight shifts that could vary throughout the year in the future ■ On occasion, be offered voluntary overtime and required to work mandatory overtime ■ Previous airline experience preferred ■ Demonstration of skills and knowledge in Amadeus systems a plus ■ Fluency in Chinese a plus ■ Possess the legal right to work in Japan ③Finance and Administration Specialist ■ Bachelor’s degree and above in finance, accounting, or business administration ■ 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting related field ■ Microsoft office skills ■ Familiarity with Japan local tax regulations ■ Strong knowledge in accounting processes, principles, and financial reporting ■ Hands-on knowledge in ERP and SAP systems ■ Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English ■ Fluency in Chinese a plus ■ Possess the legal right to work in Japan |
