業務内容 |
①Airport Agent(関西空港) ■Supervise and monitor on-site situation and performance. ■Conduct training/audit programs in line with Company policies. ■Handle irregularities and complaints occurring from handling process. ■Report non-compliances and suggest corrective methods. ■Manage and control operating resources. ■Review and analyze station operation costs. ■Ensure sufficient and adequate on-site staffing. ■Assist with station's general affairs and administration duties. ■Achieve Company goals and collaborate seamlessly with team. ■Perform other related duties as assigned. ②Cargo Traffic Specialist(関西空港) ■Be responsible for export/import airline operation. ■Build-up and maintain relationships with customers in the local market. ■Supervise local cargo business. ■Coordinate with relevant parties to accomplish flight operations. ■Handle cargo irregularities and deal with customer complaints. ■Manage station ULD and accessories control. ■Perform other related duties as assigned. ③Passenger Sales Specialist(大阪) ■Assist with the timely planning and implementing of sales strategies and programs. ■Maintain relationships with existing agents and visit potential agents to prospect for new business. ■Represent organization at product seminars to local agents. ■Manage corporate accounts and key customers. ■Acquire sales leads to promote awareness of STARLUX products; plan sales calls and submit sales call plans and reports. ■Develop a network of contacts with the travel industry, corporations, local hotels, government officials, clubs, and schools. ■Research, gather and report the latest developments in the airline industry. ■Handle payment and expense reimbursement arrangements for joint campaigns with trade partners. ■Liaise with Headquarters’ revenue management team and relevant departments to launch activities per sales strategy plan. ■Support digital marketing/online sales duties as necessary. ■Perform other related duties as assigned. ④Customer Service Specialist(東京) ■Hold a Bachelor's degree and above or has equivalent experience. ■Minimum two years' experience in the travel industry, focusing on customer service or reservation and ticketing. ■Proficiency in Microsoft Office. ■Demonstration of skills and knowledge in GDS systems, such as Amadeus, is preferrable. ■Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English. ■Understanding of Chinese will be a plus. ■Possess the legal right to work in Japan. |

①Airport Agent(関西空港) ■Hold a Bachelor's degree. ■Minimum 3 years' experience in the aviation industry. Airport passenger or ground handling experience is a plus. ■Can work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends and days off. ■Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when operationally required. ■Be able to travel to more than one work location or city to support operations as necessary. ■Proficient in Microsoft Office. ■Preferred: Possess airside/landside working knowledge and is familiar with operational systems of Amadeus Altéa Suite: CM, FM, ARD Web and WorldTracer, etc. ■Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English. ■Understanding of Chinese will be a plus. ■Possess the legal right to work in Japan. ②Cargo Traffic Specialist(関西空港) ■Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. ■Minimum 2-3 years' air cargo industry experience. ■Can work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends and days off. ■Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English. ■Hold an automobile driving license. ■Preferred: familiar with local air cargo market, possess air cargo export/import operation experience, obtain Dangerous Goods training record, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ■Possess the legal right to work in Japan." ③Passenger Sales Specialist(大阪) ■Hold a Bachelor's degree and above in business management, marketing, communications, advertising or related field. ■Minimum two years' experience in travel industry sales, marketing or communications. ■Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a busy and evolving environment, whilst delivering professional support services. ■Communication and interpersonal effectiveness. ■Problem-solving skills to overcome organizational challenges on people policies, issues and conflicts. ■Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English. ■Communicates proficiently in Chinese. ■Proficiency in Microsoft Office. ■Possess the legal right to work in Japan. ④Customer Service Specialist(東京) ■Hold a Bachelor's degree and above or has equivalent experience. ■Minimum two years' experience in the travel industry, focusing on customer service or reservation and ticketing. ■Proficiency in Microsoft Office. ■Demonstration of skills and knowledge in GDS systems, such as Amadeus, is preferrable. ■Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English. ■Understanding of Chinese will be a plus. ■Possess the legal right to work in Japan. |
